George Haraksin holds a BA in comparative religions from California State University, Fullerton and an MA in philosophy and ethics from Talbot School of Theology, Biola University. He is currently working toward a PhD in philosophy at Claremont Graduate University.
George currently serves an adjunct professor in philosophy and ethics at Azusa Pacific University as well as an adjunct professor at A. W. Tozer Theological Seminary, Simpson University.
As former lead pastor of NewSong Church, George supervised all Christian formation and equipping at NewSong. In addition, he was instrumental in facilitating NewSong’s teaching team, contributing his time as a theological guard for the church’s doctrinal positions.
His areas of interest include philosophy of religion, philosophy of mind, and theories of epistemic justification.
