". . . I had lost my faith nineteen years ago in college and had been an agnostic since that time. Astronomy is a hobby of mine, and over the years I have studied a fair amount of cosmology. Because of this, your message hit particularly hard and was able to change a heart that had truly hardened over the years. After listening to your talk, reading your four books, and listening to many of your tapes, even I, with all my pride, have to agree that God does exist, the Bible is His inspired word, and Jesus Christ is the Son of God. You even have me believing that Noahs ark and the flood did happen! . . ."

"My husband is a true scientist at heart and loves everything about science. When he became a Christian, he had tons of questions which the average person wouldnt have been able to understand or answer. . . . Feeling that the Bible taught a young earth and global flood, he did not know how to mention the Bible and Christianity among his colleagues. He knew the Bible had to be the inerrant Word of God, but he did not know how to defend it. Many times he felt very tormented. This seemed like a big monkey on his back. While he was scanning the Bible bookstore for any book to help, he ran across Creation and Time. At first he thought anyone who believed in an old earth also believed in evolution; so he did not buy the book. But he kept feeling led by God to buy the book, and he did. I must say, that monkey on his back is a lot smaller, and my husband is a lot more enjoyable to live with.
"Your materials have awakened a love of science in me. I never knew science had so much to tell about God."

"My wife and I used to argue about how old the universe is. She has a degree in chemistry and biology and a minor in anthropology. I was at a loss how to reach her.
"Then we found your ministry on TBN. Now we no longer argue about things like Noahs ark and how old the universe is. Weve read a few of your books and feel totally at peace in these areas. Thank you for saving my marriage, for helping us in our quest to find God and to find Truth. . . ."

"I am having difficulty with my faith these days as my father is terminally ill with cancer. Your article [The Long Road to Emmaus and the Short Road Back, vol. 10, no. 1, 1997] really made me think about things again. I just wish that God would let me know why these things happen and how it serves His purpose. . ."

". . . One young man was immediately interested in your ministry when he saw me reading the last newsletter. He proclaimed that he has always had a problem with preachy, hypocrite Christians who want to save him. After seeing your newsletter, the Genesis One booklet became a must for him. We are no longer housed together, but when I left that area a couple of weeks ago, he was enrolled in one of the Bible study programs and had asked for your address. . . ."
