Customer Service Representative

Reasons To Believe is seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for handling sales, donations, and constituent relationships via phone, Web, e-mail, and in person. This position will report to the Customer Service Manager.

Primary Responsibilities:

This person will be responsible for answering, screening and transferring calls as well as taking phone orders, greeting guests, helping open and process mail daily, and updating constituent information in the RTB database. This person will also enter all donations and process donation receipts in a timely manner to ensure that constituent needs are attended to with efficiency and accuracy. The Customer Service Representative will interact with RTB constituents over phone, e-mail and in person. All other duties will be assigned.

Requirements

• Committed Christian actively participating and in good standing in a home church.
• Committed to the RTB Statement of Faith.
• Previous Customer Service experience preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and oral.)
• Courteous and enthusiastic phone etiquette.
• Ability to execute details with accuracy and efficiency.
• Proactive problem solver.
• Able to multitask.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Able to learn independently as well as take direction.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• A team player who fosters a positive work environment.
• Willing to work occasional overtime or serve at local outreach events when needed.
• Proficiency in Word/Excel/10-key. (Access helpful.)
• Proficiency in typing.
• Business casual attire.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Full-time, hourly position available immediately.
