Our Vision
The Reasons To Believe Melbourne network exists to replicate the mission of Reasons To Believe in our local area. Our goal is to help people in our area see that there is no conflict between science and faith, and to provide rational, objective, and testable evidence to support the truths of the Christian faith, belief in the God of the Bible, and faith in Jesus Christ.
We encourage anyone who has an interest in science & faith issues to join us on a regular basis and share in our discussions. We encourage all those who live in the Space Coast area to contact us at . There are many Reasons To Believe.
To carry out our vision we desire to:
- Encourage those who already have a relationship with Jesus to appreciate the overwhelming evidence in support of their faith and of the reliability of Scripture.
- Provide an avenue of learning & investigation for those who have yet to commit to Jesus, by providing evidences for the Christian faith in an open friendly forum.
- Provide a world view that can help to answer life's tough questions with the humble realization that there is much we don't know, and are always working to fine tune our views with greater discovery and research.
- Organize special outreach events and regular meetings.
- Make resources available for sharing information & leading discussions.

- Please join us at our local network meetings. We meet on the 2nd Thursday of the month, 7 pm - 9 pm, in the Florida Institute of Technology Evans Library Link Multimedia Room (2nd floor). University address is 150 West University Blvd., Melbourne, FL 32901. Please e-mail us in advance to confirm the date of any particular meeting.
