Scientists have found more evidence that Earth’s biosphere is designed for human life. European climatologists have discovered that the recent input of greenhouse gases into Earth’s atmosphere as a result of fossil fuel burning stimulates more than just increased global temperatures. It also produces much higher variability of temperatures at least in those regions where fossil fuel burning is most intense. An observed effect is extreme summer heat and extreme winter cold throughout Europe. This finding testifies to the exquisite nature of the design of the biosphere necessary to produce benign conditions for human habitation and civilization.
