The latest results from the Sloan Digital Sky Survey (SDSS) buttress RTB’s cosmic creation model. Using a large sample of red galaxies detected in the SDSS, a team of international scientists determined the density of baryons (mainly protons and neutrons) and the total matter density of the universe. The results matched those obtained using a completely independent technique based on the cosmic microwave background. In a good scientific model, future measurements obtained by independent techniques will agree with previous measurements. Such consistency builds confidence in big bang cosmology and, therefore, in RTB’s cosmic creation model.
